I want to congratulate Cali and Jenni, cultural development officers from the Penrith City Council, for all their efforts to make reality the objectives of the artists and the various communities. I also congratulate all the artists and community workers who dedicated their time, talent and efforts to present so professionally their art and influence so many people in the community.
